An Energy Savings Agreement (ESA) really is for everyone—commercial or residential. Keeping your heating and cooling system running at peak performance is important for both saving money and keeping your living or working space comfortable all year. Proper maintenance on your heating and air conditioning units is important all year along, just like getting your oil changed on your car every 3,000- 5,000 miles to keep it running properly you need to make sure you’re having your HVAC units cleaned and maintained. A heating or air conditioning unit is a piece of machinery just like your vehicle. We have to keep our cars tuned, maintained and repaired in order for us to drive efficiently and safely.
We need to have the same mindset when it comes to our heating and cooling systems. That is why we provide ESA’s. We make sure to properly ‘tune-up’ your AC equipment and make sure everything is clean and running properly to make sure you and your family isn’t subjected to discomfort or inefficiency.
Having an ESA isn’t JUST for proper maintenance but it also gives you peace-of-mind so that if something does go wrong on your unit—your manufacturers warranty will be upheld. The warranty on most heating and/or air conditioning units specifies that regular maintenance is required. Without these regular cleanings and inspections your warranty may be void. Our ESA not only keeps your unit running properly but also fulfills warranty requirements.
